We Are The Best Running Club Since 2010

First National Bank Accra Marathon is the most prolific marathon in Ghana . The marathon ( previously known as the Accra Milo Marathon is an offspring of the Dansoman Keepfit club . There are 3 categories of run including ; Mass run – 21.1km. Junior run and Corporate 10km .

The marathon is organized in Colloboration with the Minsitry of Youth and Sports , Ghana Education Service and Ghana Athletics .

2.⁠ ⁠2. Junior – Trust Sports Emporium;
3.⁠ ⁠3. Corporate : Trust Sports Emporium

SO ON THE BIG DAY, HOW DID IT GO?

    I recently ran a full (42-km) marathon. I’ve been running for a very long time and it always felt joyful. The last couple of years however, running felt more like work than pleasure.

        Thanks to the advice, I managed the race well by telling myself “1km to get into it” then “4x5km to run” as if they were independent. The last 2 km were tough, especially the last one with the small bridges to cross just before the finish.
